Consumer Disputes

In the context of the Simplex+ program, and for citizens who are in dispute with a Travel Agency, Turismo de Portugal has now made available an online platform, where you can request the intervention of the Arbitration Commission to resolve conflicts with Travel and Tourism Agencies. To do so, simply submit the online form dedicated to you. 

 

NOTICE – LAW No. 144/2015 of September 8 

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the following Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity (RAL):
